Rip Off - Wheels and tires

I wish I would have read first!!! I placed my order with wheelsnext May 7th. May 8th my credit card was hit for the money I owe them. After a week and a half of calling for a tracking number they finally got the number.5 days later I receive the wrong rims.. Called them and they agree to have them shipped back. 5 days later Fed Ex pick up the wheels. They arrive back at wheels next one June 3rd..After 6 days of calling them and being put on hold for at least an hour each time, I finally get fed up and cancel my order. Hopefully they credit the whole amount back. I called every extension they had listed. Had to leave a voice mail on each one that I was canceling. Even wrote an e-mail too. Learned the hard way.. Always read the comments about the company...

Was your issue resolved? We ship out hundreds of orders a day and on the rare occasion that we ship you the wrong product we promptly do a Return Authorization.
