I called Sears Repair Center to inquire about their services and charges for repair of a dryer. Not only was the center employee PUSHY about selling their $193 warranty when I called he took down my information. The employee took it upon himself to schedule an appointment which I told him FORCEFULLY I did not want one. I was very clear about NOT needing an appointment. Then we were put in their system and are now receiving call after call from either their service center employees or their computer system on our CELL PHONE. Racking up minutes in prime time each time. We have now called 4 times trying to get our number out of the computer system to no avail. They call so often that it borders on harrassment. DO NOT CALL SEARS REPAIR CENTER! They will hound you forever! We were told today that it will take at least 15 more days for them to stop calling our number because of how their system is set up. It is terrible to have this type of company with such a wonderful reputation treat customers this way. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?
