Regarding Waldorf Nevens,
Damaged our custom made comforter

Subject poor response- cityMinnetonka, Minnesota

We sent our custom made comforter to our cleaners that we have been using for 15 years. They ruined it by fading all the color out of it. Their response was "TOUGH LUCK". We have spent thousands of dollars on our dry cleaning over the years & this is how they treated us. They deserve a poor rating. We have since moved our business to another vendor.
