Refuse Refund for not providing service - Video and DJ

This is the most horrible vendor that you can come accross, especially for the most important day of your life like your wedding. My videographer never showed up which cost me the documentation of my wedding, the DJ who showed up was very unprofessional like they would'e just picked some random guy on the street to DJ, my 10 year old brother could have done a better job, he was dressed inappropriately and was incredibly rude to my guests. Like that wasn't enough, I called A sensory the next day to explained what happened and demanded a refund, the guy was incredibly rude, unsympathetic and refuse to issue my refund until he can reach his videographer. What kind of ethic is that? My aggreement was with A sensory Dj, not the videographer. My refund was never given up til today and I have to dispute it from the credit card company. NEVER EVER EVER use this vendor, its a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!! Please check the better business bureau website before you hire your vendor, I surely dont want this to happen to anybody.

luckily we just booked them and did not end up using them. we canceled the use of their services because they did not follow up at all after we booked them so i got the feeling they weren't going to show up for teh wedding....when we called, they just asked for the total contract amount instead of talking to us about our wedding day needs. upon cancellation, they gave us a hrad time and tried to make us complete numerous forms online that were a complete waste of time. all in all, this is a scam company and you will have to end up disputing the charges on your credit card if you ever use them. fortunate for us, our bank fought for us and we got our money back!
