After reviewing a company on MeasuredUp i discussed my issue with a store manager and they offered me a refund on the purchase in question. they told me that they valued my loyalty and that they care about their customer service. My review gave me the leverage request the refund from the store.

My sister visiting from UK bought a hair straightener from Her Styler a concession stand in UTC Westfield S/C La Jolla San diego. She was told this product would work in the UK (it wouldn't) she thought she was paying $100.00 the product was $300.00. On e-bay the same product is $49.00. When she got home and we saw the cost and that it wouldn't work we cancelled the credit card payment which at that time had not gone through and returned the goods. The management at UTC WEstfield S/C said this issue was resolved after speaking with the owner returned product and our money back. On returning to the UK my sisters credit card had been charged and she has no product They had put the credit card payment through even knowing the product had been returned. I am now in the process of trying to get this issue resolved can anyone help me with this. Is this fraud on the part of the retailer I have Westfield S/C involved but they are not returning my calls either.

I bought a pair of pants at Durango Western Wear, 1410 EAST LAKE ST Minneapolis 55407
and the day after I went there to return it. They said they can't do any returns or even refund. could you please help. Thanks

Please send this to the refund office.
On March 4th, I attended a conference at the Hotel Sofitel & attended a followup seminar on Mar. 8th. I sent my materials back and requested a refund of $3,930.00 on Mar. 12th, the 3rd. business day.My phone calls haven't been returned.Credit my account now.
