I placed an order with Julia's Bra Shop earlier this month. The merchandise was out of stock and they were waiting for a shipment from the manufacturer. After a couple of weeks, it appeared the merchandise might not become available. I contacted their customer support group and they refunded my money promptly.

After reading other posts, I was concerned I might have a problem, but I didn't. Thought I should share the positive experience.
