We purchased some Brown Jordan outdoor furniture about 7 years ago. The finish began to flake off after a couple of years and we thought the pieces would be out of warranty, so we never made a complaint. A couple of months ago we decided to add a few more pieces to our collection and casually mentioned our flaking problem to the local dealer. He told us that Brown Jordan warranties their products' finish for 10 years. He told us to photograph the damaged pieces and submit a claim for replacement.

Brown Jordan accepted our claim and replaced all 8 tables and chairs - after 7 years! This company really stands behind their products. Highly recommended.
