We made a mistake in booking our flights and called the 800# for customer service. We were told by a supervisor we could have the monies put in hold for when we flew United again, but when we called back the next day to have this completed, the supervisor on duty stated they could not do so and were not willing to assist us with this issue. I have never left a comment on a web-site, but will do so from here on when I receive such poor customer service. I wish I would have read the comments from other consumers who have dealt with United before we booked our flights.
