Received incorrect product; horrible customer service - Murad

I recently purhcased a product from sephora , and they sent me the wrong product. On my invoice, I ordered the Murad Clarifying Cleanser, however, I received the Murad Clarifying Toner. I contacted customer service about the mistake and I sent back the item. However, it has been 4 weeks, and I still have not received the correct item. I contacted customer service, and they have not been helpful at all!

Another thing. NEVER USE THEIR RETURN LABEL. Sephora's return department has some problems. My items were missing and sephora just ignored it. It's a scam. Return them to stores.

YES I AGREE! SEPHORA IS HORRIBLE .. THE MANAGER AT THE STORE WAS SUCH A BITCH TO ME WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN SOMETHING.. I HATE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY R NO HELP AT ALL!!!..THEY R BUNCH OF ASSHOLES. DONT BUY ANYTHING FORM THEM SAVE UR MONEY

Just today I was at the store with my daughter and I was returning something that my Mother had gotten me for a present because I already have that color. I asked the lady if it was okay to return without a receipt and she said it was okay. A Man that is an employee walks by and whispers somthing in her ear and after he walks by she says "oh im sorry we can't do an exchange or return with out a receipt" and she said "I think one of out managers has told you that you can't return or exchange without a receipt" and i have NEVER had anyone tell me that and I have NEVER seen that lady! It was a gift so obviously im not going to have a receipt. It seems like that man has something against me! I have seen him before but I never talked to him. I was embarrassed and so was my daughter. Im not going to shop at Sephora anymore if this is how im going to be treated! Sephora should NOT be racist!
