I bought a LG dryer in June of 2009. I was told that I would get a rebate on the delivery, that it takes about 6 weeks. Well in September when I still didn't have the rebate I called the store in Raleigh. I was told to call the 800 number so I did they said It would take a month.Now its November and I call again this time they have no record of it, but they will call me back Thursday well now it Friday so I call again,to be put on hold four times, the manager that I talked to didn't call me back because that was his day off. The manager said OK come in and I will give you your rebate. I would think with our economy they would need all the customers they can get instead He didn't say he was sorry nothing just sat out front of the store a smoked a cigarette. I will never shop at HHgregg s again
