I have been with this group for 10 years. Every year hey are getting worst & worst. Nurses are OK. Howver the doctors (not the urgent care) SUCK. All they want it to collect you co-pay. They will not refer you to the specialist on purpose so you keep comming back. I have 2 co-workers that were misdiagnosed & I am having trouble there myself. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

The healthcare partner in SAN FERNANDO is terrible also. I had an appt at 3:00 & they were insisting it was at 4:00. How can you held a patient waiting for 2 HOURS with a full bladder for an ultrasound & make me wait an hour! Utterly unprofessional on the medical ethics! Not medically trained
