I cannot believe how poorly I was treated by DirecTV .

I make an appointment and I take off work to have a HD upgrade installed at a location where I have lived for years and paid for a service for years and now told that I cannot have an upgrade because it is commercial property. Well the building hasn’t changed in the 27 months I’ve been living here. When I had my account moved here in June of 2007 it was not an issue however now it is? You took my money all these years however now that I am due a free update you will not provide me with this free upgrade.
