Re customer service - Colotox

I have just spent a full hour on 'hold' with this company in an attempt to request my money back on the unused portion of one of their products, COLOTOX, and to remove my name from their automatic shipping list. The generic voice answering the call gave my approximate wait time as 44 minutes due to the popularity of their products (difficult to believe!) During this time no message (except awful repeated music) came on the line. No one ever picked up. 'Frustrated' is not the word for what I'm feeling right now! Such 'customer service' is deplorable and qualifies, in my mind, as a scam.

I'm certain I'll never receive even a partial refund as any returns you send back must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number which is issued once you call Customer Service!! (I don't have to repeat what happened when I tried that!) I WILL send a letter telling them to take me off their auto ship records.

Take a hint from me and avoid this company like the plague!

I TRYED THE PRODUCT AND IT DO NOT WORK I WAS TAKEING IT FOR FOUR DAYS YOU WOULD THINK SOMETHING WOULD HAPPEND
