RUDE, GREEDY AND BAD WORK!!!!

My wife and i had some work done in our house. The salesperson, Ron was so vague and unclear about the whole project. But we stuck with them because the price seemed great BUT we paid for the low price by not having our project start on time as well as several delay along the way. This has been our first project with this company and we are absolutely not happy. Things are still incomplete and we are still waiting for someone to just fix it. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE - MOST TERRIBLE WORK EVER!!!

OMG!!! I have been there as well and have hated the service and attitude. The prices are good and the showroom is done so well, but the service and people who are in there is so unprofessional, specially the lady who answers the phone. i am yet to come across a person who can be ruder on the phone than her.
PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!! YUCK!!! Sorry to hear about your ordeal, you can try several stores on the Rockville Pike WAY better than these greedy bunch of people.
