I have had an account for over 6yrs.

Rent was recently raised to 240+ per mo. on my unit. Talked to another tenant with the same size unit and found they only pay 170 for theirs. sign on the wall in the office says they are dedicated to maximum customer satisfaction. Are you kidding? Will be moving out soon. Fuck these corporations that are RAPING the American public! No wonder we have a lousy economy! This shitty company's eventual bankruptcy will not surprise me.

Oh how I can relate to this. I had a fire in my home and my payments fell behind and a notice was served in reference to an auction of my storage contents. I struggled to catch up my payments in the meantime extra space cut my lock off my storage without me knowing and placed their lock on. When I made the final payment to restore my storage before the auction could take place I was informed of this action. I bought a new lock for my storage only to find an expensive oriental rug and television was missing. Today I am conducting an inventory of my belongings and filing suit on Monday after I leave the police station. When I questioned the management about the missing items I was told they have pictures and these items were not there. Well hello I have pictures also. Also I am unable to access my account online go figure. See the theives in court!!!!!!
