Over the past 8 months, we paid United Healthcare 2000 dollars for our policy coverage. We only had two claims submitted during this time. They paid only 200 dollars of one claim.

Not only did we pay them 2000, but we had to pay 1700 out of pocket for the procedures we filed claims for.

They are a rip off and from what I have heard recently from a few doctors offices, they are constantly being sued and everyone I know that has used them switched as quickly as possible to someone else.

DO NOT USE UNITED HEALTHCARE. It cost us more to have them than it would have to not have healthcare at all. If we hadn't given them 2000 dollars for NOTHING, we could have just paid for our visits.

Most people agree, don't use United Healthcare!!!
