everything you guys are complaining about is in the USER AGREEMENT in the BUY AND SELL process. I sold and bought, not before i knew what i was getting myself into. the show i wanted was sold out.. so you HAVE to go to a 3rd party seller. when you buy third party, ( ebay, craigs list) you have to expect problems beyond the websites control. you can be mad at stubhub all you want but every complaint in here is due to stupidity seriously. it says on the site NO CANCELLATIONS, no REFUNDS, no refunds for CANCELLED OR POST PONED EVENTS, if you sell, you confirm, and you back out.. you PAY MONEY! if you order tickets 5 monthes in advance.. GET THEM FROM THE BOX OFFICE JERK! people back out of crap all the time, its the same thing with stubhub. its a good site if you dont get your self thinking you're buying directly from the box office, its a complete stranger somewhere in the world, either a broker who has ten million other seats to offer you if he doesnt have the ones you order, or a small time seller who just wants to get rid of the tickets he cannot use for whatever reason. my faith in humanity is gone. you people really need to read directions and policy before giving your CREDIT CARD NUMBER AWAY!!!
