Qwest is worst - phone, fax, DSL

We are a new customer to Qwest and they are without a doubt the most inept company that doesn't know how to make a customer happy. Before we ordered service we told them we'd be needing phone/fax and high speed internet. We both keep our offices at home and stressed the importance of this. They said our transition to them "would be seamless." We then found out we could NOT get DSL service, so we had no high speed internet, after they already told us we could. I had to get a Verizon wireless card.

It took 5 separate visits from a technician just to get our phone/fax lines installed properly. We had to take 5 days off of work waiting for them to correct blunder after blunder. We have spent 20 total hours waiting for them. Throughout all of this, we had to go elsewhere to do our faxing, which was a major hassle. Then my wife called Qwest about a billing issue they had screwed up and asked about DSL again. Then they told us we could get it. My wife asked if they were positive because we were promised this before and later found out we couldn't. They said yes, but we were irate because they should have proactively called us to let us know--it was a conversation my wife initiated. So then I returned the Verizon wireless card, which was antoher hassle. Every comical error they made they promised to fix it but never it kept getting worse. I asked if they could compensate us for all of the headaches and missed work by crediting our bill and not a THING was done. This has been a NIGHTMARE of a new customer experience.
