My name is shirlyn gordon and i am totally dissapointed in this company that i had never heard of until it appeared on my bill. I have my bill automatic payment with att service so it slip me for 2months. I finally check my bill and saw that they were charging me 300dollars for that month and i call ATT to find out why were they charging me so much for longdistance and they informed me that my service was terminated by Quest communication which is a part of peak communication i was angry and put a claim in which put a hold on the money they would have got for that month. The finally was when they went in my account and took over 500dollars out of my account.(this is outragious) this company need to be reported and sued i want all my money put back in my account, i did not authorized any thing with this company and i am a very angry woman right now, i cant call my self a customer because i did not authorize any business with you. I am also upset with ATT FOR SWITCHING WITHOUT CONTACTING ME. I AM IN PROCESS OF RETREIVING MY MONEY BACK EITHER ATT OR PEAK COMMUNICATION WILL GIVE ME MY MONY BACK. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. WILL REPORT THIS TO BBB

We are not affiliated with either of the companies you mention in the post. I can try to assist and would gladly review any information you could provide.
