Overall this has been my best buying experience on the net yet. Very good help planning my kitchen out and even though I didn't have a large order they still helped me through all my decisions (can a girl ever decide?)

Will definitely be recommending them to... More...

Please make sure you had the right company. There are several companies that have Quality in their name. Ebay items have to have prices stated in the auction so you should be able to purchase.

Actually I have had completely the opposite experience. I would call and leave messages or emails and they would say they were going to get back with me and rarely would. When they finally did, they gave me the run around and lied several times about the item being in stock then he kept changing the price. When I told him I wanted to go through Ebay it took 4 days just to tell me he didn't know how to do it(even though that's where I found out about them). I would never use them nor recommend them.
