Hello. I'm in the sales profession and have been for 20 plus years. I have worked along side huge corporations, small family businesses and had my own business for awhile. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else than in the United States Of America. I'm puzzled that the "complainers" or "business owners" are so out of touch. All businesses in the risky business of sales, especially when a company is as young as CPC, will experience a multitude of complaints. There isn't one company that hasn't experienced their share of complaints. They are growing pains. I'm not taking the side of CPC, I'm just giving my perspective based on my experiences on both ends, being a customer and being a representative of a company, Although a little grace would be nice, in no way is CPC excused. A young company, especially companies that invest millions of dollars for infrastructure, insurance and everything else that's required to ramp up, have you ever heard of the term, READY, AIM, FIRE!, although start ups have a business plan, and they make sure all their ducks are in a row, it goes like this, READY, FIRE, AIM!. The day to day business flow guides a company towards their target. Success is a moving target people, and companies adjust accordingly. The adjustments happen early in the first years of a business, where you will find most of your complaints because you have to hire people to market the product or service. Unfortunately not all people have chosen a true career path in sales, so what you get are some people who are self-centered, all about the money mentality, and are driven by the dollar. You see, you have to lead with value first and expect nothing in return, be other-centered and seek to create a life long relationship with clients. The profession of sales requires a high level of personal development, self esteem, motivation beyond the dollar, on going education and a sense of civic and community pride. Don't get me wrong, I love to earn money, it gives me options. However there's a right way to earn it. In retrospect, complaints about a company are a good thing. It gives a company a point of reference as to what their weaknesses are. There's no doubt that a company like CPC will adjust and make the necessary changes as they go

I just wanted to say thank you to all the honest people that commented on CPC. The salesman came to our store today and we were skeptical because he didn't even have a business card to give us. After reading these complaints I will not be signing up with CPC! THANK YOU!!
