One of the most beautiful hotel locations with wonderful pool area and well done rooms.

But, the service here is a bit off. For the prices and difficulty in getting there one would expect a better level of finish and experience from the hotel and staff.

Still to be fair, the remoteness an climate might play a role in the rough around the edges service.

For total postcard scenery this hotel and it s location on a hillside overlooking a curved ocean beach take high praise.

But some well placed training and attention to detail would elevate this hotel from a nice place to a destination of distinction. If you want to be on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica this is worth a sniff.
