said it was past the 30 day return policy.I told you I would accept a replacement if you would open the packages to make sure the punches worked, no responce again.
I sugested a compromize because I wanted to place another order if would you deduct the cost of the punches from a reasonably large order.Your responce again did not even mention the comnpromize,again no responce. I returned the punches to you some time ago and you said you hadn't received them. You gave an excuse that your supplier would not take the punches back, I was a sales executive with one of the largest cosmetic companies in Canada and the US, if a product was returned for any reason as a representative of the company I accepted the product for a refund or an alternative product remembering the customer is always right, one of the first lessons we were told.
I have ordered from you before with substantial orders and yet you treat your customer's this way.A happy customer will come back to you and order more , an unhappy customer means lost income for you and a bad reputation.
