I recently was shopping for car insurance and i think one of the things tat made me choose progressive was their customer service.

The people i spoke with were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and really did not give me the hard sell.

Their is not much difference to me between the companies so if i know i can get good customer service that is a good reason for me to try a company.
