I usually do not write in these things but I felt compelled to let anyone reading know that after choosing to have Progressive as my car insurance provider, I will never tun away.

The customer service that I receive from Progressive is beyond compare. I always speak directly to a representative, not a machine, and I have never been on hold for more than 30 seconds, regardless of the time of day I call.

I have signed up for their paperless billing and even though that scares some because they like hard copies of all documentations, their website is so easy to navigate through and you can print out any document that has been made since you have been with the company.

With the economy the way it is I know that everyone is looking for the best deal possible. I feel that I have received that, and then some. If the rates alone don't get you to join, the superior customer service and attentive associates will win you over.

To those who work for Progressive reading this, I just want to say Thank You for removing one less stress from my life.
