David Bracken/Bryan Simmons

As an employee of Hilton Reservations, I think people seeking employment need to be made aware of how Hilton Worldwide management team is looked upon by all employees. The above two management members are the most rude,not caring,lying management that a lot of us do work for.

David is one of the best liers that his employees have ever met, who when ask real concern questions he has never given an honest answer. Example: when a question was ask on numerous occassisons to him by severa different employees that he personally manages, concerning pay and other job concerns, he never gave a true answer, he always gave political answers(ie let me tell you how it got that way, and the way it is that way) No clear cut answer) Also when talking he always says he is listening but we employees always just laugh behind his back, because we are afraid of losing our jobs.

Bryan Simmons-a supervisor under David- has also taken on the character of David.

He tells his current employess one thing(Examples(I've got your back-however he turns around and does something totally against what he said-ie-lets only certain empolyees of his not meet standards set by him and David.

Hilton has(or had) a program where employees can(or could get) get CTE(committment to excellance). Bryan and David only selected their favorites.

They also talk to other supervisors about their empoyees and how bad their employees are.

Also HIlton had a talent survey to keep employees and pledged to keep employees(even when employees talked about quiting), again witrh David and Bryan after telling their employees one thing and saying they would try and keep them, this does and did not happen.

Please, Please read this, as if this is the kind of
upper mangement Hilton has, one would be wise to stay away from these 2 management personal.
