Product not suitable as described - clear zipper pull

This company writes deceptive descriptions of one or more products, charges high prices for shipping and then does not give full refunds (including 2-way shipping charges). Buyer beware! If you have arthritis in your hands, you will be unable to open or close the zipper pull and it only works with certain zippers.

I'm going to have to disagree. I also ordered the clear zipper pull from The Wright Stuff, and had no problems whatsoever from the product. Are you sure you attached it correctly?
