Printer Warranty - Warranty on printer C6280

My printer should be replaced. It was purchased June 2008 and came with a 1-year warranty. It failed with an "ink system failure". I contacted HP by e-mail on Feb 19, have been corresponding ever since. I have supplied all the information requested as well as proof of purchase (copy of receipt)numerous times. All I have received are vague responses and requests for the same information over again. The warranty should be honored.
