Priceline is a rip off. They charged me $19 cancellation fee because their website was confusing. I asked for a minivan and somehow after I confirmed, I got a compact car. I tried to negotiate saying that, on principal, they should waive the $19 but they won't budge. As a result, I am writing this and would NEVER recommend priceline to anyone!

DON'T USE PRICELINE.COM EVER, PLEASE save the hassle and your money and time and frustration. It's a scam.

I had to pay a cdw fee even though my credit card covers the cdw fee. It was 69.00 and I also cancelled my car reservation at Hertz and my money still isn't refunded.
