Price gouging - Double Hamburger

BK restaurant in Weymouth MA charges $2.59 for a double hamburger, yet they charge $1.00 for a single hamburger. Therefore I should have ordered 2 single hamburger for $2.00 instead of getting ripped off by ordering a product that costs the restaurant less to make. Will never order double hamburgers at BK, since McDonalds charges $1.19, a difference of $1.40.
