I have visited 3 locations in the Columbus Ohio area who are currently serving the Premium Coffee products (latte, mocha ect). 2 of the locations (1 outside Tuttle Mall, 2 at the intersection of Frantz Rd and SR 161 in Dublin) can not get it right to save their lives. Half the time there is so much syrup at the bottom of the cup that is not mixed in - the product can barely be choked down. Don't waste your money!
The location off the Sawmill Road exit on I-270 with the big playplace does a good job as long as you ask for a reduced syrup. If you are going to any other location - BEWARE!
