I'm surprised at the negative post on Sleep Doctor Mattress . The problems were obvioulsly due directly to an individual within the store they shopped. I've had a couple of dealings with the company and was very satisfied each time. I've also sent others to them when they needed a good night sleep. When I do refer someone to a business, I try to get their reaction so I know that they were happy with the referral. The reaction is always positive. I will continue to refer friends and do my own shopping there. I've shopped with other chains with major names and never had the one on one service and attention along with good prices that I get at SDM.
