Poor service - staff rudeness & service

Time after time when I go to this McDonalds in Cedar Lake IN 46303. I am very dissatisfied either with the food being cold or the order is not right at the time of ordering my food. When I go back to complaint about my order not being right, I get very poor and rude service from the employee's that work there. I will not visit that McDonalds again, I gave them 4 chances already and I keep going back, I will not visit that McDonalds anymore.
