Poor service - Flower delivery

We ordered a specific flower arrangement for delivery the following day. Early on the delivery day we got a call that the particular arrangement was not available for delivery from the local florist. We reluctantly agreed to a substitution even though we only ordered from this company because of the special flower arrangement.

Late on the delivery day we called the customer service number and (after an extended hold time) we were assured that they would be delivered by 5:30 that day. They never arrived.

We called again, but the customer service line was closed for the day!

The order was still not delivered by 4pm the day following the scheduled delivery date, so we cancelled the order.

Don’t use Blooms Today and especially steer clear of Blooms Rewards…they will reel you in with coupon offers and in turn STEAL hundreds of dollars from you! I used a coupon for flowers at Bloom’s today and, they did not honor my coupon. I fought for weeks to get my refund, more than 6 months later I finally got a refund check for $6.75.
One month later $159.99 was taken out of my account for TLG Autovantage. I have never even heard of this company. When I called them, they told me because I cashed my Blooms Today refund check I was now enrolled for a year’s worth of 24-7 roadside assistance. I DON’T EVEN HAVE A CAR! It is now going to take them 7-10 days for them to refund my money. Because of all of this I don’t have enough money to make my rent and have over drafted my account, which will only cost me another $25. The manager stumbled over his words and only kept repeating, “You cashed the check, you accepted our offer”.
So a $6 refund check (which I even had to fight for) has now cost me almost $200. I am a victim of a scam, and I don’t want anyone else to fall for this. In these tough economic times NO ONE can afford to hand over money to this scum, praying on people for every last nickel and dime they have.
