Poor service - GT Xpress 101 Deluxe

I received a GT Xpress 101 Deluxe and used it all of 4 times before it quit working. I contacted the company and they quickly wrote me back asking me to try several different things before returning the product. It did not work and they told me to ship it back. I asked how to ship it and they said UPS and that I was responsible for the shipping. I was very upset that I had to pay an extra $12 dollars to ship something back that was sent to me defective. They said basically it was to bad and that was just how it was. Very patronizing to me and very poor customer service. Will not use them again!

This scam company has another web site using same deceitful business practices - called "RediSetGo" cookers. BE WARNED - Google and read the complaint file.

Thank you for the review. I was about to purchase an item from them; you prevented me from making a mistake! I read their return policy. Not only are you responsible for return shipping, and not only can they charge you a restock fee as well, but their policy also includes the statement, "Merchandise must be unopened." How would a customer know that it was defective unless they opened the package and tried the merchandise!!??? Obviously this is a scam. With a policy like theirs, who would ever chance purchasing from them? Thanks again.
