Poor customer service - wallpaper

I ordered wallpaper from USA Wallpaper on December 6th, 2008. Within minutes they notified me that the paper was not available but on back order. I told them I did not want to back order it. They charged my account $180.35 anyway. They then canceled the order on December 8th, 2008. It is now March 9th and I still have not had my charge account credited. I keep calling and they keep assuring me they are going to issue the credit. I would not do business with this company again.
