The worst service ever. Shipped back TV for repair - our expense Sept.17,2008. December 11,2008 still no television and no hope. Calling fed ex since we insured it to declare stolen or lost. Maybe they can get it fixed. Rep said: "I see your TV buy there is nothing we can do". Bought at WalMart. Never Again!

You are so lucky. I spent 1 year waiting for RMA # from Westinghouse,(i bought TV on BestBuy-Montreal). I called hundred times and i never received answer, and the warranty has expired. This is the worst customer service that i've seen in my life (both Westinghouse &BestBuy).
In this moment i'm trying repair it. In my case i found as problem a capacitor C7 explode (Power supply circuit).

Did you ever get this resolved with Westinghouse. I am in the process of trying to get service on a TV, after reading your post I'm afraid to send it anywhere, I probably won't get it back!

I think it's kinda funny that there are three complaints listed here...and MILLIONS of Westinghouse televisions sold a year.
