With a new installation of cable TV and digital voice/phone service we have been put to a lot of inconvenience with no phone service now for 5 days. After multiple call from cell phones and even visiting the local office on Gude Drive, no one has cared to restore... More...

My complaint is for Peace of Mind, you pay for it, and when there is a problem, they only give you the interest for your claim. This company is scamming all of you. It took us eight years, and over $8,000.00 to finally get screwed by two states, and the IRS. We will never go to H&R Block again as long as we live. The supervisior had the gall to ask my husband if he believed me or her. We have been married 38 years this Sunday, who in the hell does she think he believes. What a loser she is, and lie, that was all that she did to us for four months.
