Poor customer service

I really enjoy online games. Who doesn't? What's an even better incentive to playing online games? Free prizes. That's what the Microsoft club.live website promises. However, when it comes to the big prizes and how much time you have to spend to get those prizes-they don't pay out. Yes, I'll admit, I spent hours online racking up points hoping for the free x-box. unfortunately, they were out by the time I had enough points. So I settled for the free Zune. I put the order in on December 13 and received confirmation for the order. It said it would take twelve weeks to receive said item. The points were deducted from my account. Well, guess what? over 12 weeks later, I still haven't received my prize. And do you know what customer service is telling me now? They are on back order and they don't know when I'll receive my prize. (If I ever do.) So word to the wise, don't fall for the "free" prizes. You'll waste countless hours and get nothing to show for it.
