Poor Service - delivery

I requested a letter by overnighted (assumed FedEx was shipper!) The charge was $33.00 for next day 10:00 am guaranteed delivery. I waited until afternoon...apparently my apartment number was missing. I live in a 4 plex! Driver could have easily established which unit (my phone number is listed on slip..I think they should make the effort with an expensive overnight delivery!)
I was told it would be available by 6:30 pm..This location is an hour drive for my home. The driver was not back until 7:30 pm! I requested a refund to no avail. The attitude of the customer service rep, as well as the supervisor, was very poor! I have experienced more professionalism with Federal Express.
