Poor Service - order taking and service

Unfortunately due to my kids i am a regular consumer of Mc Ds my complaint is this: In Pakistan there is an offer that with a mere 20Rs you can upsize the meal and guess wat the only thing upsized is the drink the quantity of the fries is the same only in a larger pocket. This is pathetic isnt there any control center where we can atleast launch a formal complaint??? In addition to that the franchises in Lahore Pakistan do NOT have their toys upgraded they insist on giving out toys that have been returned for some reason or the other when u buy a happy meal at the Drive thru......we may be a third world country but we pay for the services equally and hence deserve the same treatment maybe we should start suing them now!!!! who's responsibilty is it to ensure TQM?

I have often went for entertainment and refreshment purpose to Mcdonald Iqbal town branch with my family but always being shocked especially in islmic importance valuable days to hear islamic kalam's such as NAAT SHARIF in routine matter which i think is not a suitable manner for any Muslim, as this kind of act heart our religious feelings and i have many times told and stoped this nounsense during my visit to your place. I request you with great hope that you would deliver my message to every Mcdonald center in Pakistan to avoid such great sin. Please do the needful on urgent basis and kindly acknowledge the receipt.
