Asked Liquid Wrenches to install Tower Speakers. They were installed incorrectly. Took one year to resolve.

Asked Liquid Wrenches to grease wheel bearings. They replaced all four...without authorization. $1200. Picked up the boat and drove 200 miles to Tahoe. When I arrived, two wheels were 'steaming' hot. Liquid Wrenches had improperly installed the bearings, causing them to overheat, etc. Cost to repair? Additional $800.

Liquid Wrenches was to installl Stargazer Wake Perfect Pass. Assured by the owner of Liquid Wrenches they had experience. Turns out, they have installed '2 or 3 systems. Picked up the boat Liquid Wrenches ordered and installed the wrong system, failed to update the software, etc. Resolution? Owner suggests I 'call around' to see if someone local could address. (i.e. its your problem') When questioned about ordering the wrong item (Wakeboard Pro vs. StarGazer, the owner confidently stated "Stargazer was not available until late June". I called Perfect Pass...they started shipping Stargazer in the Spring.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

LIQUID WRENCHES IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO EVER BRING YOUR PRIZED BOAT. THEY KEPT MY BOAT FOR 6-MONTHS, THEN AT THE BEGINNING OF SUMMER TOOK IT OUT AND BLEW MY ENGINE, ACCEPTED ZERO RESPONSIBILLITY AND CHARGED ME 4000 BUX!!!!! i WENT A WHOLE SEASON WITHOUT A BOAT AFTER THEM KEEPING MINE FOR 6-MOS!!!
