Easter Sunday became the day of shopping spree with my sister. I tend to do my purchases downtown Manhattan because the customer service is MUCH better than the uptown areas and to name exact locations the Bronx. My sister insisted and we visited the store on E Fordham Rd. and to my expectations...just as I thought -- poor customer service!! No help answering questions, finding items or requesting them to be held at other store for pick up. To say the least, the exchange without receipt policy Sucks!! i question their enforcing the policy at this specific store when the stores in other areas are more flexible about this policy enforcement ---- I question the policy enforcement as discriminatory!! why I say this? because this store is located in the "Hood"

Good point but their stats obviously show that it's necessary. Is that the fault of the Gap or the fault of the 'hoodlums' who live in the area and RIP OFF THE STORE EVERY DAY?
