Poor Service - Direct TV Satellite Service

I came back to Direct Tv because they offered me a great deal and since I have been back my service is down and I can't get any help. I have no signal for 2 days and they tell me it will be a week before someone can come out. That is poor service and poor quality of work by its employees. I will not pay a bill until I get some service.
