Poor Service - direct tv service

The company needs to make customers needs first rather than worrying about making extra money with all the unnecessary fees. If the company asks the customer to pay extra fees each month to cover the equipment, they obviously know the equipment is faulty. Otherwise they would fix the equipment when it is broken without outrageous fees.
