I purchased a new Ford Focus and have been the sole owner since 2001. I have also used Wal-Mart for my tires since the cars purchase. However in the last few years, in my opinion, the tires have been of a low quality and have been unreliable and unsafe.

Hi. My name's Zach. I work at Wal-mart TLE and just today I had a customer come in and yell at us for his tires being crap. (trying not to swear. They emphasize the situation better. haha.) He was talking about the same problem on how the tires shake and he got a full body shop to look at the suspension and they said it was the tires. I never heard of the problem untill today. We thought it was from him runing it under inflated and hitting the curbs and things so we couldn't do anything. I might be able to show managment this and hopefully find others to solve this problem.
