Poor Customer Service - Natural Response

I purchased a mattress & box spring for over $3,000.00 less than 3 years ago. The mattress was defective and broke down to an uneven,lumpy,uncomfortable bed. Customer service for Better Bedding came out to inspect and agreed. A report was filed, the mattress is defective.

I called the store and spoke to the Manager to discuss the defective mattress. I was told, "we do not carry that mattress any longer, there is nothing we can do, contact the manufacturer".

Unhappy with my conversation, I called Tom Wholley(Vice President) to discuss my options. His words to me were, "there is nothing I am willing to do for you, contact the manufacturer".

Now Better Beddings commercials are all about customer service satisfaction. I have not experienced any customer service satisfaction. I am now stuck with a $3,000.00 mattress that I am unable to sleep in. Consumers, do your research and find a retailer who will stand behind there products because Better Bedding has not with me.

This is a follow-up on my original post regarding Better Bedding Poor Customer Service. Since my post, our issue has been resolved. After many conversations with John(President) and Tom Wholley(Vice President) an accommodation was made and we were able to pick out a new bedding set at no charge. We now know why Better Bedding has been in business so long, for they really try to keep their customers happy. Everyone from the delivery drivers to the sales team were knowledgeable and professional. Customer service is very important to the Wholley's and they have proved this to us. If you want to do business with an exceptional mattress company, look no further than Better Bedding. We highly recommend Better Bedding and will do business with them again.
