Better Bedding Complaint
Poor Customer Service - Natural Response

I called the store and spoke to the Manager to discuss the defective mattress. I was told, "we do not carry that mattress any longer, there is nothing we can do, contact the manufacturer".
Unhappy with my conversation, I called Tom Wholley(Vice President) to discuss my options. His words to me were, "there is nothing I am willing to do for you, contact the manufacturer".
Now Better Beddings commercials are all about customer service satisfaction. I have not experienced any customer service satisfaction. I am now stuck with a $3,000.00 mattress that I am unable to sleep in. Consumers, do your research and find a retailer who will stand behind there products because Better Bedding has not with me.
