Upper Canada Plumbing located in Bracebridge Ontario Canada and owned by Rob Joslin.

Rob the plumber will, ask for a $2500.00 advance to start your job then ask for more money leaving you the customer in a very awkward position because once he starts and you have paid him a considerable amount you want the job completed. You will find out by reading your receipts once paid that the receipts are very poorly written and do not describe the work being paid for. Upper Canada Plumbing brought me a smaller furnace then what I had paid for and one of a lower quality. His answer was that it was a mistake.
I would not recommend this plumber if my life depended on it. This plumbing company at present has been paid over $8,000.00 for work that has been only partialy completed.
