Pls improve customer service - moving

I was suppose to pay 900 $ for 4500 lb wt of my move. If it is less WWVL will pay me back and if it is more then I will pay them upfront. On 10th June ~ 8 15am I was called by WWVL about extra wt of our stuff and I was asked to pay $998 (900 + 98). I was told that total wt of truck was 22780 lbs (empty wt 18000 lbs + my stuff 4780 lbs) and our stuff weighed 4780 lbs so we have to pay difference of 280 lbs excess wt (our contract was 4500 lbs). Which was 98 $.
Anyway, when my wife weighed truck, it weighed only 20680 lbs so if empty truck wt is 18000 lbs then our stuff wt is only 2680 lbs and much less then 4500 lbs so we should not even pay 900 $ but pay less then 900 $. Now Ken/ Dependable moving calls and says empty truck wt is 14100 lbs so I have to pay for 2180 lbs (6680 lbs – 4500 lbs) extra. It did not make sense how Ken is calculating. Empty truck wt changed from 18000 to 14000 lbs in one day. Anyways we were threaten by Ken and drivers that unless we pay them upfront 1680 $ they would not unload stuff. I tried to explain to Ken it did not work out and I wasted my time. I was helpless since I was still in Springfield, MO and my wife, 1 yr baby, my senior citizen parents were in Pearland/ Houston, TX with movers.
This is not professional and also very unreasonable. We called WWVL multiple times to clarify this issue but WWVL Haley comes on phone and then put on hold without listening what we have to say. Ken also mentioned that he asked WWVL to call me or my wife. My wife also called and she was put on hold as well by Haley and she never called us back. I think Haley will only realise if someone else does this to her after getting deposit and money. As WWVL never came on phone, we had no choice but pay to Ken 1680 $ and get wt of empty truck done by our self. Even we paid for truck wt, that is not norm when we move. This was suppose to be done before loading truck at my house and after loading at my house in Springfield, MO.
WWVL need to have customer service after signing contract as well, it is not that once we provide money they never return call, including ext 421 haley, 401 steve and also customer service dept or despatch dept.
They put you on hold and then transfer you to ext where you can only leave msg, b4 transferring your call they even don't say where they are transferring and why they are transferring call. Also sometimes you hear what they talk about you if they forgot to put you on hold.
One thing is sure, I don't want to call you if don't have to. My time also has value and I also have full time job so no point not respecting my time.
They put you on hold for > 15 mins without any communication and they just hang up. That's Haley. She did this 3 times without understanding WWVL responsibility to resolve that current issue. It is like she don't want to talk.
I think this needs to be improved and no one will do business if they know what kind of service WWVL and their subcontractors provides. There needs to be honesty and dependability to movers.
Anyways, while I am writing we still have to do wt of empty truck and lets see what happens.
This is unbelievable real life event.

Finally, the truck driver from a different company came but he was sent to pick our stuff as a contractor to WWL. He told about their CHEAP tactics. They said they would be delivering in 4-5 days, its already been half a month no one showed up,no one calls, and if you call they put you on hold or hang your phone or laugh at you some times. Haley ext 421 in dispatch, she never responds and I tried calling PHINDY ext 416 she never answers. They are sqeezing our pockets and they dont want to do their job..Thats sounds crazy. Phindy and Haley says please contact our manager and their manager never lifts the phone. I feel there is no one at that extension and these are making fun of everyone. HOrrible, nasty service. I read these reviews and never bothered about these to care of these but today I wish I had made decision right. Now with my personal response I urge everyone to read and make right decision.
