My order wasn't delivered but I was charged.
When I asked them to cancel my order they declined my request. See below.
"Thank you for contacting FTD.COM.

We received your recent request to cancel your order. Unfortunately, your order was already in the process of being delivered.

We are so sorry that we were unable to accommodate your request.

This is an automated response. We will not receive replies to this email.

Thank you for shopping with FTD.COM"

Did you noticed that they said that my order was in the process. Well they never delivered the flowers.

I also attempted to change the delivery date on the flowers but they declined that request as well.

So my wife never received the flowers. FTD.com never canceled my order, but they withdrawn my money from my account. Is it even legal.

Please, think twice before you plan to use their services.

Horrible experience with ftd.com Well, I ordered some flowers as birthday gift at FTD.com. Order was placed on time, it was paid on time but flowers were never delivered and up until now money haven’t been returned yet. Chronology: April 26 …ldquo; order made (for May 6) April 30 …ldquo; payment through Paypal confirmed. Money withdrawn from my account, FTD.com paid. May 6 …ldquo; the date when flowers should be delivered May 6 …ldquo; ftd.com informs me that they cannon deliver it and ask me to give them another date …ldquo; I agreed as soon as they send it before May 12 May 20 …ldquo; flowers not yet delivered, no action taken by ftd.com In the meantime I received many meaningless emails from FTD.com, from telling me that I didn’t pay (which was untrue) to downright silly… Today is May 21. I have informed ftd.com of everything but everything is IGNORED. Product NOT delivered, money NOT returned!!!!! If you want to buy some overpriced flowers for gift …ldquo; go somewhere else. There is plenty of competition on the market. FTD.com takes your money and then doesn’t deliver …ldquo; learn from my case!!!!!

You can have your bank investigate this. It will take a while, but they don't get the run around like customers do.
